Order cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours from the time the order was originally placed in order to get a full refund. Any cancellations AFTER 24 hours from the time your order is placed, will conclude in a service charge and cancellation fee of 5% the cost of the order total.
Refund requests for any orders AFTER a product has begun production will encounter an additional fee. Alternatively, a store credit can be given in place of product.
Exchanges and Reported Issues
You have 24 hours from the time you receive your item to report any issues. Please be sure to submit photos with your email so that we can file your claim appropriately. Any reported issues after 24 hours from the time you receive your order will not be valid.
During an exchange you will be responsible to cover any additional shipping costs.
